- Learn about how our decisions and judgments are affected by cognitive biases, such as confirmation bias, group reinforcement, and optimism bias
 - Discuss how cognitive biases can affect each stage of the policy making and project management process in government, from how we notice a problem, to our deliberations about fixing it, to our attempts to execute solutions
 - Gain tools to counter cognitive biases and make better decisions, ultimately resulting in better project planning, delivery, and policy outcomes
