In this 90-minute virtual training, participants will learn about how the human-centered design process is put into action in the public sector. This workshop will provide case studies from municipal, state, and national government. Case studies will include human-centered design projects, focusing in particular on workforce and community development. This workshop will help participants understand how the theory is applied in practice, and how human-centered design projects can be accomplished even within tight budgets.
