In this 90-minute virtual workshop, Jay Liebowitz will discuss how public sector organizations can capture, share, and leverage knowledge both internally and externally. Drawing from his time at NASA and in other public sector and not-for-profit organizations, Jay will talk about how to integrate knowledge management strategies in government, in order to learn from past successes and failures, and to maintain and transfer expertise among government workers. The workshop will highlight human capital challenges in government, introduce knowledge management remedies and strategies, present government knowledge management case studies, and highlight future issues and trends in knowledge management.
