More information

This workshop is geared for those in the public sector who never stop thinking about what it takes to improve government services to our residents, businesses, and communities. It offers a call to public sector problem-solvers—who are launching a new initiative, grappling with a project that needs a reset, or pursuing a gnarly problem—and must have a comprehensive view from problem-definition to practical results. Join us for a 90-minute virtual training with Steve Kadish, former Chief of Staff to former Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker. Together, Kadish (Democrat) and Governor Baker (Republican) developed the Results Framework to focus on the necessary but often overlooked parts of good governing: successful execution and implementation in the delivery of public services. In this training, participants will learn about the 4 key concepts in the Results Framework - People are Policy, Follow the Facts, Focus on How, and Push for Results. Participants will discuss examples of how the framework works in reality, learn key tips for successful results, and leave with new tools to tackle complex problems. Participants will gain a better understanding of how to execute change and deliver results—and have a proven method to do so—tailored to the public sector.
