More information

Join us for this 60-minute workshop with the Behavioral Insights Team. One of the foundational findings of behavioral science is that changes to the context in which we make decisions can influence our choices. This means that even small changes to the way information is presented can have an outsized impact on human behavior. Participants in this workshop will be introduced to a concrete series of steps for applying behavioral insights to communications design. Facilitators from the Behavioral Insights Team will begin by sharing a high-level overview of the field of behavioral science before walking through best practices for applying behavioral insights to communications. Real-world case studies will be used to illustrate each lesson. By the end of the workshop, participants will be prepared to begin applying behavioral insights to their own communications. All participants will receive a checklist to begin putting the workshop lessons into practice.
