AI is changing how government builds. Tasks that once required lengthy procurements and expensive custom software can increasingly be designed, prototyped, and improved by public-sector teams using AI. This series explores how agencies can move beyond buying technology to building digital products and services that better meet the needs of residents. Participants will learn when to buy, when to build, how to collaborate and organize teams, governance, and procurement practices for an era in which AI makes it possible to create and continuously improve public services from within government.
