This session offers insights for school leaders exploring how AI can support literacy and learning across their classrooms and schools. Through examples and shared experiences, we’ll look at how principals and board members can approach AI integration, teacher support, and responsible decision-making.
- Examine practical applications of AI tools to enhance literacy instruction and identify opportunities for implementation within your school's existing curriculum framework
- Develop strategies for supporting teachers in adopting AI technologies through effective professional development, resource allocation, and creating collaborative learning communities
- Formulate responsible AI governance policies that address ethical considerations, data privacy, and equitable access while aligning with your school's educational mission and values
