Just about everyone who has worked on collaboration across sectors describes the critical importance of working with the right team on a narrowly defined project with the potential to scale. We will talk about what it takes to launch a project that can be sustained and deliver outstanding performance.

  • Assess Cross-Sector Partnerships – Learn how to evaluate potential collaborations between public and private entities to ensure alignment with public-sector goals.

  • Identify Key Stakeholders – Determine who should be involved in a partnership and how to engage them effectively to support public priorities.

  • Establish a Strong Foundation – Develop strategies for launching sustainable and high-impact initiatives while maintaining public accountability.
