More information

A logic model is a visual representation that outlines the logical connections between a program's inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impacts, helping to illustrate the program's theory of change and expected results. Indicators are measurable and observable variables used to track progress and assess the achievement of specific outcomes and impacts outlined in the logic model, providing tangible evidence of a program's effectiveness. In this 90-minute virtual training, participants will develop the skills to construct robust logic models and meaningful indicators that will streamline evaluation efforts, leading to more precise insights into program effectiveness, efficiency, and equity. Participants will learn about the purposes and components of logic models; how to develop and define program inputs and activities, outputs, and outcomes; create logic model visuals; select and develop indicators; data collection methods; and ethical considerations. Real-world examples will be used to illustrate the key points in the workshop.
