Building on Part 1, this session explores real-life success stories of government agencies adopting the product model. Participants will gain practical tools and strategies to address challenges and effectively implement product-driven practices in the public sector.



This workshop is designed for public sector professionals involved in program management, IT development, procurement, or project management who are looking to reduce risk, cost, and complexity, and focus on achieving meaningful results by more effectively delivering the government services people need.
